The integration of English Lauguage Teaching into the daily activities
In our kindergarden an English teacher teaches the children int he middle and old groups, together with their parents, once a week.
According to their age in playful, moving forms she teaches, practises the given topics.
She continiously talks to the children in Hungarian and in English, makes them do things and makes them talk.
The English teacher on each lesson teaches a new rhyme or song in order to arouse their interests, and urge their activities.
Topics:
Our kindergarden teachers take part very actively in the lessons. What they learn there, they integrate on each day somehow into the groups everyday life.
Topic: Fruits
Materials: Doll Ketrin, fruits, basket
Order of the events:
1. Greeting
We greet doll Ketrin. We pratise the different greetings.
Good morning, Good afternoon, Good evening, good night, Hello, Good bye, Bye – Bye, See you, See you later.
Song: Good morning,good morning,good morning to you
Good morning,good morning and how do you do?
2. Introducing
Different expressions used while introducing
Rhyme: Sally, Sally tell me true
Sally, Sally who are you
3. Getting to know fruits
Ketrin brings presents to the children.
A basket full of fruits: apples, pears, oranges, bananas, grapes.
We name the fruits in Hungarian and in English.
We select them, and count them in Hungarian and in English too.
Children do activites:
Four bananas, five bananas, six bananas, seven bananas more.
We play the rhyme with different other fruits.

Life in the Fairygarden in Tiszanána
Fairygarden kindergarden opened the 2013-2014 schoolyear with 103 chidren. We have four groups, 9 kindergarden teachers ,4 nurses , who take care of children's physical and mental development.
It's a great help for us that since this year we have got a pedagogic assistant and a kindergarden secretary.
We organise chidren's life in the kindergarden purposively. Their daily programme makes sure their healthy development, development, using the suitable time period , they need.
Continuity and flexibility of their daily programme make possible that chidren from their own development level could develope in their individual speed.
Activities, repetitions of the daily programme ,that return back cyclicaly and regularly make emotional safity and calmness in children.
It is very important for us to cooperate with our partners, parents in the kindergarden' life.
We make possibility for them to take part in our programmes,and work in our programmes.
Our kindergarden has been organising for years traditional programmes, such as the International day of Pensioners,Bethlemen programme, Chidren's day, Mother' s day School finishig day, Ceremonial Farewell in
the end of the schoolyear:
Christmas is coming,so we are doing our best to creat familiar atmosphere for the celebration of love.
With Nativity play, making honeycakes,making Chritmas presents we make this wonderful celebration unforgatable for chidren.
Every year the oldest children light the candels on the Christmas tree and play the Nativity play.
This year the Bees group light the flames of love in our heart.
It is very important in our kindergarden's life that we've won the EU aplication,supported ,by Comenius programme, that is English language integration in pree-school game lessons.
In the programme there are seven countries:Latvia,Spain, Italy, Turkey, Poland,Romania, Hungary.
Hungary is helped by Tempus Foundation.
The countries work together on the methods of English learning,on songs and rythems collections of English language.
With the help of these we can integrate English language in the life of our kindergarden more succesfuly:
During this project we get acquanted with the educational system ,the very good methods, cultura, gastronomy of the seven countries.
All the costs of the project (English teacher,travelling, material instruments) are paid by the EU PROJECT.
Parents together with their children undertook to learn English language for two years.
Kindergarden teachers take part in the learning,and they integrate what they have learnt on the lessons into the everyday life of the kindergarden.
So not only those children can learn English whose parens take part in it, but all the children in the groups. Besides E nglish language learning
we have to do different works each month(calendar, flashcards, rythem and songs collections).
At the meetings we talk and evaulate the works made by the countries:
The partners will be staying with us in October 2014,when we can enhance Hungary and our small village reputation.

Christmas
in our Kindergarden
In Hungary we have a great tradition of Christmas, the celebration of love.
During the waiting period before Christmas we have a lot of works and preparations to do.
Baking honeycakes, and decorating them ,these activities belong to our hungarian traditions.
In each year our oldest children(5-6years old) present a Nativity play, they play the birth of Jesus.
